50 years of history have transformed MTG a from being a non specialized foundry of wear products for the siderurgical industry to be a pioneer in design, manufacturing and comercialization of innovative solutions in teeth and adapters in the XXIst century
Tradition, experience, investigation, development and permanent innovation have made MTG an internationally recognized company.
THE START
On July the 4th, 1957 the Triginer Family founded MTG.
During the sixties, MTG was a non specialized foundtry until 1969, when the company took over REMOP, a teeth distributor. MTG started then its dedication to wear products for earth-moving machinery.
SPECIALIZATION
During the seventies, MTG sepecialized in wear productos for earth-moving machinery. MTG turned to ve official supplier of the leader european manufacturers of public works machinery. Fiat and Poclain trusted in MTG quality.
TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT
The eighties were a technological revolution at MTG. Thanks to our commitment to quality and innovation, MTG was licensee for the manufacturing of the most advanced products of the eighties' world leading brands in wear material.
MTG OWN TECHNOLOGY AND INTERNACIONALIZATION
The technological development of the eighties made possible the company to redesign its manufacturing processes in the nineties, achieving its european patent. MTG's innovative designs, adapted to each application revolutionized the industry. The new MTG productos: MTGSystems FixMet and MTGSystems KingMet established new quality and performance standards. MTG was awarded with lots of international prizes certifying our commitment to innovation.
The company internationalized, reaching the main european markets and opened its North America subsidiary: MTG North America Corporation, in Houston, USA.
PRESENT AND FUTURE
The XXI century arrives with the celebration of the 50th anniversary of MTG foundation and its presence in the 5 continents.
A new generation of Hammerless products arrives: MTGSystems StarMet and ProMet, awarded at Intermat 2006.
MTG is now an international company with high quality products and a strategy based on permanent innovation and taylor-made services for our customers.
